Rates

$125-$175 per session (Private Pay)

Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. New Beginnings offers assistance in verifying your insurance benefits by having a professional Medical Biller on staff. It is also recommended that you call your insurance carrier and ask the following questions:

• Does this provider (give full name and address of provider) participate with my insurance plan?
• What are my in network outpatient mental health benefits in an office setting (assuming the provider participates with your plan)?
• How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
• If the provider is out of network with your plan, please ask: Do I have out of network benefits under my policy. If so, what are the benefits? Do I have a deductible?
• Do I need prior authorization to see this provider?

• Out of Network: We work with many clients who have out of network benefits (if we do not participate with their insurance plan). We will be happy to bill the insurance carrier on your behalf and work out a payment plan that works for our clients.

Payment:
Payments can be made by check, cash or credit card.

Cancellation Policy
24 hour notice is required cancelled appointments. Should you cancel your appointment without 24 hour notice a cancellation fee of $75 will be applied.
